Clients may cancel consulting services with at least 30 days' notice.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled service may be subject to a fee.

2. Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted if services have not yet commenced.

Once services have been rendered, refunds will not be issued.

3. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule their consulting sessions with reasonable notice.

Elevation Group Consulting will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests.
